I would recommend Paul to anyone who wants to begin a fitness routine or take their routine to the next level! I do not particulary like working out, but Paul makes it fun, and you see the results. He has increased my strength, stamina and endurance. I love his IST classes, because he pushes me more than I would ever push myself. I recently got married, and Paul gets credit for getting me into fantastic shape.
